Internal regulations Valencia Workroom

At Valencia Workroom we have internal regulations that we request and enforce for our residents. Specifically, the most important rules are the following:

1) Parties are completely prohibited

2) Any noisy or disturbing alteration, which may affect the rest of our neighbors and residents, is not allowed

3) Smoking is not allowed in any part of the residence, be it homes, rooms or common areas. It is only allowed on the solarium terrace (within its hours) and on the street without generating groups and always respecting others.

4) The rooms are exclusively for individual use, no overnight stay is allowed for anyone other than the resident in any part of the university residence (or rooms, homes or common areas)

5) Regarding visits, they are allowed only occasionally.
