Welcome to Valencia Workroom

Valencia Workroom student residence is a family-run business located in the Benimaclet neighborhood of Valencia, offering specialized accommodation for university students.

We offer private, single rooms in shared apartments, with all services included*, 24-hour access, a common area, a study room, and a solarium terrace. Our peaceful and respectful environment fosters both independence and community living, creating a balanced setting that promotes student well-being.

Our apartments consist of four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.

We also have six individual, independent suites with en-suite bathrooms and terraces, where three suites share a kitchen.

The residence is strategically located near universities and with easy access to public transportation, facilitating mobility and integration into the city.

Our mission is to provide university students with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space that fosters their academic and personal development, combining the privacy of a single room with the shared and respectful atmosphere of a community.

We offer comfortable rooms. We try to take care of the details, give warmth and personality to our rooms. Prices vary according to the size and characteristics of the room of your preference. We invite you to take a look. Minimum stay: 11 months (September-July)

Common areas

We have common areas for student clearance. They are spaces designed and created so that our residents can share, study and get to know each other. Both the multipurpose room and the terrace (Solarium) provide the perfect environment to socialize and create bonds of friendship. In addition, they are areas to get out of the routine and the room.

Valencia Workroom is located at Calle Viver 4, Benimaclet. It is a university area that has everything you need within reach: tram, metro station, bus stop, shops, gym, language schools, etc. In addition, it is very close to the UPV, UV and European University.

Solarium Terrace

A space to share

The residential has two common areas for the enjoyment and recreation of our residents: the multipurpose room and the Terrace (Solarium). On the terrace they can sunbathe, meet, do exercises or whatever they want, respecting the tranquility of the neighbors.

Welcome snack

For Valencia Workroom it is important to promote a family atmosphere and companionship among residents. That is why every year we hold a welcome snack so that everyone gets to know each other and share a pleasant time. It is also a gesture on our part to let you know that we appreciate your stay with us. We do our best to be a second home away from home.

Card access

We have recently updated the way to enter the residential and the apartments. Access is currently only possible with a card. This will allow residents to enter more quickly and easily. We implement this innovation with the aim of providing an increasingly modern, safe and controlled service for children.

Library

In the multipurpose room we have a space dedicated to reading and culture in general. In this space you can find a small library with books in different languages. The titles address varied themes and genres. In the residential we support the habit of reading and exchanging books.
